Hey there, I'm Brit Wynne-Jones, a certified microblading artist, and the owner and face behind Just Browsing microblading studio. I became interested in eyebrow shaping during the Ontario blackout of 2003 when my little sister let me pluck her eyebrows for the first time by candlelight. I've evolved since then, I promise.

People think I'm over-exaggerating when I say that microblading was a life changer. No more spending 5+ minutes per day drawing perfect arches, no more worrying about my brows sliding off when I went swimming or to the gym, no more searching for the newest trendy eyebrow styling products in the beauty aisle. As a busy mom with naturally light and thin eyebrows that I always preferred to fill in, it made an instant impact on my routine and confidence in a major way. I was hooked.

My transition to permanent makeup was not a direct path. I have a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Management, and I am a certified floral designer and wedding planner. I was the Director of a floral design school, and then an event planner for VIP clients in 5 star hotels when I lived in New York City. Most recently, I was the Director of Engagement and Success for a national coaching firm for seven years.

After my third daughter was born, I started evaluating new career options that would lend themselves to the type of work-life balance and fulfilment I was longing for. I realized that my perfectionism and obsession with eyebrows may be a great fit for the art of microblading, and that my experience and passion for people could be an asset to Ottawa's beauty industry. I became a certified microblading artist with PhiBrows and have developed my own personal style through experience.

I pride myself on an excellent client experience and top notch quality work. My specialty is creating natural looking, customized brows for each unique client based on their features and preferences.

I am a certified, licensed, and insured microblading artist and work from an Ottawa Public Health inspected home-based studio in Barrhaven, in the south end of Ottawa, Ontario.
